Our Jungle Rules
Changed your mind? No worries. Even the smartest monkeys make impulse decisions.
You can return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
🦁 We can't accept returns if:
- Your pouches have already been opened.
- Half the jungle has already sampled them.
- Your dog, parrot, or suspicious raccoon decided they looked tasty.
- The package has clearly survived a safari.
🐘 Damaged or wrong order?
That's on us, not the elephants.
Just send us a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we'll make it right faster than a cheetah chasing it's lunch.
