1. Shipping destinations
We ship to selected countries in Europe.
Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we may currently be unable to ship to your location.
Some products may be unavailable in certain countries due to local laws, import rules, product restrictions, or carrier limitations.
2. Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Denmark: 1-2 working days
EU countries: 2-4 working days
Non-EU European countries: 2-6 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, local restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, order value, weight, shipping method, and promotional offers.
Free shipping may be offered from time to time and may be subject to minimum order values or country restrictions.
5. Customs, duties, and taxes
For orders shipped within the EU, VAT and applicable taxes are handled at checkout where required.
For orders shipped outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges. These charges are not always included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected by local authorities or the carrier.
You are responsible for complying with local import rules and for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your address before releasing your order into the wild.
We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, we may refund the product price after deducting shipping costs and any return costs charged to us.
7. Lost or delayed shipments
If your order seems to have taken the scenic route, please contact us at info@zoopouches.com with your order number.
We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier where possible.
A shipment is not considered lost until the carrier confirms it as lost or until a reasonable investigation period has passed.
8. Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zoopouches.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
This helps our zookeepers process the case faster with the carrier and offer an appropriate solution.
9. Refused or uncollected orders
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your order from a parcel shop, pickup point, or carrier, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, we may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, and other direct costs from any refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
