Welcome to ZooPouches. These Terms of Service set out the rules of the zoo, so everyone knows what to expect before placing an order.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General information

ZooPouches sells pouch products and related bundle offers through its online store.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and local restrictions

Before entering the pouch jungle, please make sure the products are allowed where you live.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally allowed to purchase and receive the products in your country.

Some products may be subject to age restrictions, product-specific rules, import restrictions, or local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal for you to purchase, import, possess, and use in your country.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order if we believe the order may violate applicable laws, shipping restrictions, product restrictions, or our internal compliance requirements.

3. Product information

We do our best to make sure every product is described clearly and accurately.

However, minor differences may occur, including differences in packaging, colour, design, batch information, or product presentation.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the destination country and the checkout setup. Any applicable VAT, taxes, duties, shipping costs, or additional fees will be shown at checkout where possible.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.

5. Orders and order confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted the order in all circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable
• There is an error in price or product information
• Payment is not completed
• Shipping to the destination is not possible
• The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
• The order may violate applicable law or product restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products have been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. Even the best zookeeper cannot deliver to an address that does not exist.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.

8. Complaints and defective products

If something is wrong with your order, please contact our zookeepers at info@zoopouches.com.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

9. Promotions, discounts, and bundles

From time to time, we may offer discounts, bundle deals, promotional codes, free gifts, or limited-time offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including minimum order value, product limitations, expiry dates, country restrictions, or stock availability.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse promotions in cases of misuse, technical errors, fraud, or obvious mistakes.

10. Accounts and customer information

You may be able to create an account or provide customer information when placing an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information, shipping address, billing details, and contact information are accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

11. Acceptable use of the website

Please behave nicely in the zoo.

You must not use the website in any way that:

• Violates applicable law
• Attempts to interfere with the website’s security or operation
• Copies, scrapes, or extracts data without permission
• Uses the website for fraudulent or misleading purposes
• Infringes our intellectual property rights or the rights of others

12. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, design elements, and brand materials, belongs to ZooPouches, Kraft ApS, or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or other consequential losses, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

14. Force majeure

Sometimes things happen outside the enclosure.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs delays, strikes, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, war, government restrictions, technical failures, or other force majeure events.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version that applies to your order is the version available on the website at the time you place your order.
